NJBRC - Rare Birds or Bigfoot

In his book, Bigfoot in the New Jersey 'Burbs, William Taylor used excerpts from some Bigfoot sighting reports found on this website, however he mistakenly referred to the NJBFRC as the NJBRC. I would like to take this opportunity to clear up any confusion.

The NJBFRC includes an "F" and stands for (as one can clearly see in the header of this site) the "New Jersey Bigfoot Reporting Center."

NJBRC, which does not include an "F," is an acronym for "New Jersey Bird Records Committee" which colleects reports of rare bird sightings in New Jersey, such as the Pink-footed Goose.

Just wanted to clear that up. It would be great if authors and editors would spend a little extra time to really double check their work and make sure everything is accurate.

If you're interested in rare bird sightings in NJ then the NJBRC is your resource, you can find them the New Jersey Bird Records Committee Website, NJBRC.net.
